Delivery
Deliveries are currently only available for wedding orders and/or 3 tier+ celebration cakes.

Confirmation of order
Orders £45 and under: Receipt of a full non-refundable payment is required to confirm your order
Orders £45 and over: Receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your order
Full Ts&Cs will be sent upon booking.

How do I pay the balance
The remaining balance (for orders over £45) must be paid at collection by card*, bank transfer or cash.
Notice
4+ weeks is recommended to avoid disappointment. If you have a last minute request I may be able to accommodate you so it is worth an ask!

Dietary Requirements
*Present allergens and traces of allergens found in all products:
Cereals containing Gluten, Eggs, Lupin, Milk, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide & Ethanol.
Vegan and Halal cakes are available in some designs upon request.

Please do not order if you are sensitive to traces.

Loyalty Scheme
Ask for the QR code at collection to receive your loyalty card!
​
When will my order be ready for?
The collection date you order for is the date your purchase will be ready, not the day before or after.
​
Refunds:
Whilst there is a no refunds policy, you may reschedule your order or request a credit note up to 48 hours before your day of collection.
​
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiting the retainer (or full payment for items of £45 and under).
​
Collections:
It is strongly advised that you collect in a car.
You are welcome to send a cab on your behalf if you cannot collect yourself.
Please note that this will be your full responsibility.
Transportation:
It is advised that your purchase is stored flat in the front passenger footwell of the vehicle.
It is important that the heating is not turned on during colder months, and that AC is on during warmer months. Please take care when driving, avoiding harsh breaking.

Storage:
Before collecting, clear approx 2-3 shelves in your fridge to store your cake so that you can pop it in immediately after collection.
Remove the cake around 20-60 minutes before consumption.
Liability:
Every celebration cake is provided with a care card for you to read at collection.
Mulla Cakes will not be held liable for any damages to your purchase.
Once it has left the Mulla Cakes premises, no longer my responsibility.

Cake preservation:
Cut up and wrap any left over cake in cling film and place in an air tight container. Store this in the fridge for up to 7 days or up to 3 months in the freezer.

Sweet treats preservation
Most sweet treats are generally kept well for up to 5 days if stored in an air tight container in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Please enquire regarding specific items.
Safety
If you are unwell, please refrain from collecting the cake yourself.
